WHOA

Per Orange County case #2019-CA-012014-O:

  • Any currently recorded Deed Restrictions are currently ineffective.

  • WHOA does not require estoppels, and is no longer processing them.  No fines, fees or other monies are owed to WHOA.

  • WHOA is no longer requiring or performing architectural review.  However, any land use or building restrictions due to Orange County zoning (no commercial activity, etc.) would still be enforceable by Orange County Code Enforcement.  Be advised that Wedgefield lies in the Rural Boundary, so other restrictions may apply.  Also, all site plans would still need the Ranger Drainage District's approval.  (https://www.rangerdrainagedistrict.com/)

  • WHOA is a voluntary and volunteer-run 617 organization currently responsible primarily for the upkeep and maintenance of the entryway landscaping and signage. Other community functions, such as holiday decorations, may occur where appropriate.

  • Historical documents are available on request.
